This role is responsible for product implementation to the end customer, including installation, configuration, customization, commissioning, training, stabilization, and ongoing support.

• Lead the successful implementation of surface solutions (products) in our local market.
• Answer customer inquiries and help them resolve any issues they may have with the product. Provide information, troubleshoot problems, or escalates issues to other teams.
