Take full ownership of assigned projects from initiation through to completion and handover — scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder managemenLead cross-functional project teams and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project outcomesPrepare project plans, milestones, and resource requirements for review and approval by the Strategic Project ManagerMonitor project progress and proactively identify risks, issues, and deviations — escalate with proposed solutions before they become criticalManage project budgets — track committed costs, actual spend, and forecast to completion; flag variances earlyEnsure all project deliverables comply with Lotus Bakeries standards, regulatory requirements, and applicable HSE guidelinesWork with the GBS team, R&D, Procurement, Engineering, Machine & Equipment supplier and factory team to s...
