Purpose of Position

-Providing overall support in every aspect of each project.

- The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

Major Responsibilities

Role and responsibilities:

•Proper document control of projects documents received on Sharepoint and proper notification of team members.

•Coordinating with project team members.

•Maintaining and accurately updating relevant IDI logs and trackers.

•Coordinating and supporting clients (phone calls, whatsapp, emails).

•Distribute daily inspection appointments among inspectors.
