Directly support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team (FST) at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, California. This role involves developing project sustainment tasks for the F/A-18 aircraft, coordinating with management, and ensuring that all project deliverables are aligned with sponsor proposals and plans.
Responsibilities
+ Develop project sustainment tasks related to the F/A-18 aircraft by reviewing sponsor project proposals and plans.
+ Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements, assigning personnel accordingly.
+ Analyze and establish project specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards.
+ Design and conduct technical studies and tests to confirm product performance and sustainment viability.
