Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects.Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors.Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates.Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.Monitor and report on project progress and performance.Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Manage project documentation and reporting.Key Skills & Competencies:
