PROJECT ENGINEER (plumbing and sanitary)

• To assist Project Manager in site supervision.
• Responsible for planning, scheduling, forecasting, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of plumbing and sanitary works.
• To Execute project works based on the drawing / specification / code of practice COP / PUB & BCA standards.
• To resolve site issues with supervisors, maincontractor, subcontractors, vendors and or/ related 3rd parties.
• To co‑ordinate site works, workflows and inspection with main contractors site representatives including attending site co-ordination meetings.
• To plan implement and monitor weekly works activities with a team of supervisors in accordance to the master schedule.
• To implement Testing & Commissioning plan.
• To monitor work progresses, productivity, qualities and materials usages and ensure those items meet the targeted schedule.
