Project engineer - plastic injection & blow molding (ciudad juárez)

We are looking for a Project Engineer - Plastic Injection & Blow Molding to lead industrial projects related to new tooling, process optimization, manufacturing layout development, and production improvements for plastic components.

This role requires strong technical knowledge in plastic injection, blow molding processes , and hands‑on experience in manufacturing environments. RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and execute industrial projects focused on injection and blow molding processes . Develop and update manufacturing layouts , workflow diagrams, and workstation designs. Support new mold/tooling introduction , equipment installation, and validation. Optimize molding processes (cycle time, scrap reduction, parameter adjustments). Perform basic molding troubleshooting (short shots, warpage, flash, cooling issues). Perform time studies , line balancing, and process documentation.
