Project Engineer, Physical Security

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site project leader to plan, implement, and complete assigned projects.
• Delegate tasks and fully optimize project resources to improve allocated gross margin (%GM).
• Coordinate communication with customers and subcontractors during all project phases.
• Establish and maintain relationships with customers, contractors, consultants, design institute, and other units to ensure timely, profitable delivery and excellent payment collection.
• Manage site activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety requirements.
• Prepare project documentation including weekly/monthly reports, Project Plan, Technical Documents, Material Submissions, drawings, and OMM.
• Participate in regular project meetings, allocate, arrange, and complete work on time, and report daily/weekly progress.
• Monitor and control project cost to stay on time and within budget, contract, and safety standards. <...
