Project Engineer

Purpose of the role

• The Project Engineer organises the planning, implementation, and control of investment projects in the plant, coordinating the plant's project managers.
• They will be responsible for managing the initiation and implementation of major CapEx projects assigned by the Plant Manager in agreement with the Head of Project Management and Engineering.
• The role entails comprehensive ownership of project initiation, implementation, and oversight, ensuring exceptional standards in line with company guidelines and design criteria.
• They work collaboratively with the Plant team, assessing project viability, managing risks, and leveraging technology to innovate and optimise plant processes.
