The Project Engineer Mechanical will oversee and coordinate all mechanical works in high-rise building projects including HVAC chilled water systems plumbing drainage and fire fighting systems. The role ensures installations are executed according to approved drawings project specifications and UAE regulations while maintaining quality safety and schedule compliance. Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
The Project Engineer Mechanical will oversee and coordinate all mechanical works in high-rise building projects including HVAC chilled water systems plumbing drainage and fire fighting systems. The role ensures installations are executed according to approved drawings project specifications and UAE regulations while maintaining quality safety and schedule compliance. Key Responsibilities
1. Site Supervision
- Supervise daily mechanical installation works including HVAC ducting chilled water piping plumbing drainage and firefighting systems.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved shop drawings project specifications and local authority requirements.
- Monitor manpower productivity and site progress to meet project schedules.
- Coordinate with civil electrical and architectural teams to ensure seamless project execution.
