• Support Project Manager/ Professional Engineer in handling and completing the project within the timeline
• Prepare, review and update civil and structure drawings, calculations and reports
• Review and approve contractors' civil and structure material and shop drawing
• Involve in project coordination to ensure meet project/client's requirements and time-line
• Monitor and manage project delivery progress including authorities' approval status and tender schedule
• Attend and organize client-consultant meetings and site meetings
• Attend to authorities' inspection
• Liaise with professional consultants and sub-contractors
• Establish and maintain close working rapport with all parties such as local authorities, internal and external stakeholders
• Attend to all operational matters related to the daily running of the project
• Report regularly on progress and monitor schedule
