Project Engineer

Job description:
Lead and coordinate NPI, FA/ECN, and engineering projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and quality delivery.
Maintain and update project status, Gantt charts, BOMs, and routings with accurate and traceable data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Procurement, Planning, QA/QC) and customers on RFQs, technical issues, and project discussions.
Evaluate material requirements for new products or customer RFQs in coordination with production and engineering teams.
Translate complex customer specifications into effective workflows.
Drive FA project kick-offs, allocate resources, and monitor fabrication processes and lead times.
Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/ Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication processes.
