b. Qualifications:
BS Civil Engineering graduate (PRC licensed preferred)
Experience in construction project implementation is an advantage
Knowledgeable in roofing, cladding, ceilings, or façade systems is an
advantage
Willing to travel, perform field work, and render overtime when
necessary
c. Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise daily project site operations and manpower
Monitor project schedule, quality, and safety compliance
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
Prepare accomplishment reports, billing requirements, and project
documentation
Ensure timely project completion and successful turnover
