Project Engineer

**Work Mode**: On-Site**Main Activities**:- Monitor compliance with the daily production schedule.
- Monitor quality and each daily process.
- Plan and strategize product fulfillment based on the MPS (Master Production Schedule).
- Monitor critical process parameters.
- Monitor and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
- Weekly quality report for corporate indicator meetings.
- Ensure and train on each work procedure.
- Implement increasingly effective controls that impact productivity and quality improvement.
- Implement at least 4 continuous improvement events per year in the area for presentation of plant savings projects.
- Workload planning according to the MPS.
**Job Requirements**:- Education: Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in the ceramics industry.
