Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Supervision

Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities related to telecom infrastructure works.

Ensure site work is executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and quality standards.

Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project timelines and safety rules.

2. Project Execution & Progress

Plan daily work schedules and allocate tasks to site teams.

Track and record site progress, material usage, and manpower.

Ensure timely delivery of work milestones and report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer/Manager.

3. Quality Control

Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure they meet required specifications.

Conduct site testing and verification (e.g., fiber testing, alignment, grounding, power tests).

Prepare and submit daily site reports, progress photos, and quality checklists.
