Job Description

Supervise, schedule and budget available manpower; assist the project manager in overall execution of the project; assist in project coordination; assist in preparation of weekly owner project status reports; assist in preparation of construction schedule; prepares manpower schedule; prepares Bill of Quantities & estimates; attend project meetings and record meeting minutes; knowledgeable in MS Office, SketchUp & AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Engineering (PRC license is an advantage)
• Male
• Exposed in all construction facets
• Can understand proper testing for various materials used in the project site
• Can understand the project and work order plan
• Can implement all safety procedures and follow necessary measures
