These roles will be highly involved in documentation, coordination, procurement tracking, RFIs, submittals, meeting follow-ups, and field communication needed to keep the project moving cleanly.

What this role will own Manage and track RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, procurement items, and project documentation.

Support the PM team with budget updates, change order backup, invoice review, and reporting.
