Project Engineer

Your Job:

We are looking for a Project Engineer to lead the development of high-speed Twinax cables (112G / 224G) and raw cable constructions. This role will manage product design, extrusion process development, tooling design, and qualification activities, ensuring performance, yield, cost, and quality targets are met. You will provide technical leadership during new product introductions, capacity expansion projects, and production troubleshooting for Molex Guadalajara and Molex Philippines.
