Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• As an individual contributor, uses professional judgment to independently lead and complete assigned engineering designs.
  

• Actively assists the Project Manager or acts as one, assigning tasks and schedules to project engineers and team members, responding to questions, and monitoring progress.
  

• Verifies the accuracy (formal and informal QA/QC) of tasks completed by other technical or engineering staff members.
  

• Makes key design decisions that meet external client needs, coordinating the impact of such decisions on related project efforts.
  

• Proactively identifies technical, schedule, or financial issues and seeks resolution with the Project Manager and/or client, as appropriate.
