Project Engineer Civil - 3yrs Experience in Construction

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

-1 to 2 years experience in QA/QC works in construction

-Knowledgeable in roofing installation standards

-Skilled in inspection, documentation, and punch listing

-Able to prepare inspection and turnover reports

-Willing to be assigned to out-of-town projects anywhere in the Philippines



dDuties and Responsibilities:

-Verify material specifications, quality and compliance with approved standards

-Conduct regular inspections of installation works

-Perform periodic tests on installed roofing and gutter systems.

-Maintain inspection logs, quality checks and daily reports

-Prepare punch lists and follow up on corrective actions

-Conduct final inspections before project turnover

-Ensure all QA/QC documentation is complete for client approval
