Kohler Sanimex Opportunity Basic FunctionUnder the supervision of the Genl Supvr-Casting and Molds, Plant III, this position is responsible for providing engineering support to production areas, identifying and improving opportunities in production processes or products, and developing and maintaining project‑engineering programs consistent with sound engineering practices, KOS principals and company policies. The goal is to keep the facility operating without interruption while meeting production and cost objectives.
Specific Responsibilities Provide engineering assistance for daily production, quality control, problem solving, cost reduction, and meeting delivery schedules. Oversee production processes and suggest changes in working methods or operation sequences to assure adequate operation and improve efficiency.
