Project Engineer

Position Overview As our Project Engineer you will serve as the technical engineering lead for large projects or act as the technical lead on smaller projects, overseeing tasks such as spare material ordering and heat exchanger management. You will provide guidance to Component Engineering staff and collaborate closely with Project Managers, technical teams, Supply Management, and other stakeholders within BWXT and customer organizations. This role reports to the Director of Component Engineering and does not have direct reports.

Location Onsite, Cambridge ON

Responsibilities

Lead department in Code and Standards compliance.

Resolve technical issues in the design and manufacture of nuclear components.

Provide guidance to Graphics, Manufacturing Engineering, and Associate Project Engineers.

Revise and maintain Component Engineering procedures; provide staff training.
