Responsibilities: Handle documentary work for tenders, progress reports, handover documents, and as-built drawings. Monitor project progress and compare it with the project schedule. Respond to customer complaints and feedback. Troubleshoot air-conditioning system issues. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards, and specifications. Communicate with clients to understand their needs and represent them in the field. Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team. Cooperate and communicate effectively with the project manager and other participants to provide assistance and technical support.
