Project Engineer - Acquisition Lead

Responsibilities

Noblis ESI is seeking an experienced **Project Engineer - Acquisition Lead** with a national space enterprise and ground systems acquisition background to support our client on-site in Chantilly, VA.

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Serve as acquisition support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects.
+ Provide acquisition guidance, planning, and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities.
+ Assist the PM/COTR during development of RFP packages and coordinate completion of technical evaluation of proposals received in response to the RFPs, Task Orders, BAAs, and Other Transactions.
+ Will support Agile-based program management.
+ Support the PM in multiple areas at the systems, mission, and enterprise levels; with program management; acquisition support; analytic support and analysis; and budgetary practices.<...
