Project Employee for developing a portable readout for anti-counterfeit labels

Overview

We are seeking a Project Employee to develop a portable readout for plasmonic anti‑counterfeit labels as part of a Business Finland R2B project.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test readout concepts for plasmonic security labels.
• Prototype portable measurement/readout setups (hardware and/or optics).
• Support data acquisition and imaging‑based analysis.
• Document results and collaborate closely with the research team toward project milestones.
• Contribute to the technical development of a commercialization pathway.

Qualifications

• At least an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, Applied Physics or a related field.
• Solid background in Electronics (hardware design, sensor integration), Optics (light–matter interaction, optical imaging system design), or Machine vision (hyperspectral imaging, image analysis).
