Project Director

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the delivery of large-scale substation and grid infrastructure projects that will provide critical power to hyperscale data centres in Norway. This is a senior leadership role offering long-term career stability, underpinned by a multi-year pipeline of secured and future works.

The Project Director will have full accountability for project performance, from early development and engineering through procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. The role requires strong technical understanding of high-voltage substations, exceptional commercial acumen, and proven leadership across complex, regulated infrastructure environments.
