This role is ideal for a highly experienced construction leader who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment and has a proven track record delivering large-scale ICI commercial, institutional, and multi-residential projects.

• Salary : $180,000-$200,000 base salary + profit sharing, bonus, RRSP, allowances, employee ownership, and 4 weeks vacation
• Location : Kelowna, BC
• Schedule : Monday - Friday
