Project Director

An international digital infrastructure developer is seeking an experienced
Project Director
to lead the delivery of large-scale hyperscale data centre developments in Finland.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for full lifecycle project execution from pre-construction through commissioning and handover. The Project Director will oversee design, procurement, construction, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of mission-critical facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of hyperscale data centre projects (€100M+).
• Manage EPC / Design & Build contractors and consultant teams.
• Oversee budget control, cost forecasting, risk management, and change control.
• Act as senior interface with clients, authorities, and utility providers.
