Project Director - Data Centres (Nordics)

Role Description

Play a key role delivering tech sector mega‑projects. We are looking for an experienced Project Director to join our rapidly growing team and lead the delivery of one of our biggest data‑centre construction projects in the Nordics. The successful candidate will be based either 100% in-country or will undertake significant international travel to the Nordics (11/3 rotation).

Responsibilities

Pre‑construction

• Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to ensure delivery of the project
• Work with the client and general contractor to create and establish the Master Project Schedule and Master Project Budget
• Procure and manage the delivery of contractor‑designed elements for inclusion into the final IFC
• Carry out constructability reviews during the design phase
• Support the AE in the application of permits for the project
