Project Coordinator/Project Executive M&E

• Assist on the supervision and monitoring of construction works in accordance with the contracts and the construction drawings especially in respect of specifications, quality and time of completion
• Ensure that procedures outlined in the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and the Company's Quality Management System Manual are adhered to during supervision and monitoring
• Assist to ensure that C&S and architectural works are completed with minimum defects and as per work specifications
• Ensure site safety, health and environmental procedures are adhered to during the supervision and monitoring accordingly
• Assist in identify all remedial/outstanding works to be carried out and to ensure that those works are carried out by the contractors within the time stipulated in the contracts
• Regularly report to the Project Manager on the progress of works
• Control all relevant project documents and data as per procedure stated in the PQP
