Project Coordinator

Purpose

To act as the single business owner and focal point for all operational systems, and to be instrumental in identifying organizational pain points, inefficiencies, and digital opportunities across planning, fleet operations, workshop, finance, and compliance.

This role leads the organization toward a highly tech-enabled, data-driven operating model, ensuring that systems are not only implemented correctly but are supported by clear SOPs, user manuals, and disciplined execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Understand and document current operational workflows and SOPs

2. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for digital improvement

3. Assist in redesigning processes and proposing system enhancements

4. Coordinate with internal teams and software vendors during system rollout and testing
