Project Coordinator - WMS Implementations

Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking to hire a Project Coordinator with experience leading/coordinating efforts for WMS implementation, integrations, and enhancements projects (i.e. Manhattan Active or Manhattan Scale). This role will focus on execution, coordination, and communication across a large portfolio of active projects (~100+ projects at different sizes). This is an ideal opportunity for someone with solid project management experience, who thrives in fast-paced operational environments and enjoys driving accountability across teams. Day-to-day responsibilities will include, but not limited to;
- Track and manage progress across 100+ active projects/workstreams
- Serve as a central point of contact between team members, stakeholders, and leadership
- Conduct frequent status check-ins and follow-ups with project contributors
- Ensure teams have the resources, tools, and clarity needed to move work forward
