Opportunity Summary

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Special Project, you will be part of a team that collaborates to drive creative solutions for our clients and external/internal stakeholders. As Project Coordinator, you will be supporting our team on multiple small projects across the City of Vancouver.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assisting the Project Manager & Superintendents to ensure that delivery of critical project elements is expedited and completed.
• Processing subcontracts and purchase orders, as well as Prime and Subcontract progress claims.
• Process all change orders, including assessing cost and schedule impact.
• Preparing site documentation.
• Performing routine site visits and attending site meetings as requested by Project Manager, documenting, and distributing associated meeting minutes.
