Job Title: Project Coordinator - US Hospitality Projects

Location: Hyderabad

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Reporting To: Team Lead - Projects

Candidates only from Civil Background or Architecture are eligible.

Role Summary

Acts as the execution counterpart to the US-based Project Manager, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, budget, and timelines. Responsible for end-to-end procurement and coordination across design, estimation, vendors, and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily project activities across design, estimation, procurement, vendors, and clients.
- Review bid files, client sales orders (quantification & costing), and project scope.
- Manage and coordinate drawings (ID, Architectural, Shop Drawings) with execution requirements.
- Independently handle end-to-end procurement:
- RFQs, vendor evaluation, negotiations
