Position Summary

Project CoordinatorLocation: Spencerville, Ontario (Skyview BESS II Project)Salary: $70,000 - $90,000The Project Coordinator supports the Project Manager in delivering electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical scopes within industrial and EPC projects. The role provides technical, administrative, and field coordination support with a strong emphasis on engineering documentation, construction planning, and quality assurance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and progress documentation.
• Prepare, issue, track, and maintain logs for RFI submissions, submittals, and change management.
• Ensure project filing systems and digital platforms are properly utilized.
