Project Coordinator

Introduction:
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Project Coordinator position located in Schenectady, NY. This position is a contract hire opportunity which is expected to be on-site and for a duration of one year with possible contract extension.
Job Description: -Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues. -Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use. -Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices. -Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities. -Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking. -Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors. -Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.
