Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Project Coordinator to join our client's team in the luxury building materials industry in Dubai, UAE. You will be a critical link between the sales, project, and procurement teams, ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and that all project documentation is precise and up-to-date. This role requires a proactive approach to managing sales orders, quotations, and material submissions while maintaining close coordination with internal departments and clients for seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage sales documents, including quotes, purchase orders, proforma invoices, and detailed cost analysis.
