Project Coordinator

Salary: PHP 25,000 - PHP 28,000 / Part-time

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery coordination across all active projects: track progress, spot what's stalled, and chase clients or internal team members to keep timelines on track.
• Keep project statuses and dashboards accurate and current, so anyone can see what's on track and what's waiting at a glance.
• Coordinate briefs and revisions with an offshore design team, managing their workflow and priorities against client deadlines.
• Prepare and send client updates and reports on time, and handle general client queries efficiently.
• Spot friction in how things get done and fix it by building templates, suggesting improvements, and setting up basic automations.
• Join client calls and the team's membership community, engaging directly with customers
• Over time, take ownership of social and Meta ads strategy, setup, and performance reporting
