The Project Coordinator supports the delivery of change management engagements, mainly withinthe mining sector by providing coordination, administrative, and analytical support across multiple client projects.
The role contributes directly to delivery quality, consistency, and scalability by ensuring project activities are well-organized, documented, and executed on time. This position combines project coordination, administrative support, and foundational analytical work.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing logistics to keep projects on track
- Prepare and format client-ready presentation materials (primarily in PowerPoint)
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, and action logs to ensure alignment and follow-through
