Project Coordinator (Networking & Data Center)

Role Summary

The Project Administrator provides administrative and execution support to Project Managers within the Network Engineering PMO. This role focuses on coordination, documentation, and tool hygiene to ensure Project Managers can remain focused on delivery ownership, risk management, and decision making.

This is not a Project Manager role. Delivery accountability remains with the Project Manager.

Core Responsibilities

Execution Support

• Capture and distribute meeting notes, decisions, and action items
• Track action items and follow ups
• Support scheduling and coordination activities
• Assist with cross team coordination as directed by the Project Manager

Jira Support

• Maintain Jira task updates and status accuracy
• Support data hygiene and consistency
• Assist with report preparation by keeping information current
