Take on a pivotal role as a Project Coordinator in Network Administration at Carleton University. Support cybersecurity training initiatives through project management and partner engagement.
In this role, you will oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate events, and manage financial records for the Canadian Cybersecurity Centre of Excellence. Collaborating with various stakeholders, you'll be instrumental in facilitating research, training, and outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Establish support infrastructure for project logistics
• Manage project budgets and financial documentation
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Plan and support logistics for events and training
• Update and maintain communication materials and website
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree essential
• Minimum two years in administrative roles
• Experience with project administration preferred
• Knowledge of Carleton processes is beneficial
