Project Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to manage customer-side deployments and implementation projects for our SaaS-based Customer Experience Platform.
This role blends project coordination + customer communication + internal collaboration — perfect for someone who thrives on ownership and execution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Scope Management
Gather project details from Sales/Pre-Sales and prepare clear Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
Schedule and conduct Kick-off Meetings with customers and internal teams.
Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and milestones in coordination with technical teams.
2. Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary communication bridge between customer and internal teams (Pre-Sales, DevOps, Implementation, Support).
Ensure all stakeholders are updated on progress, delays, or dependencies.
