Project Coordinator

The Role
We're hiring a Project Coordinator to be the execution engine of Breakwater. You'll turn leadership priorities into clear plans, drive weekly delivery against goals, and keep our team aligned across developers, email marketing, social media, design/video, and operations. This is a high-trust role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, communicates crisply, and loves shipping.
You will work directly with the founders and act as the glue across projects, people, and timelines—making sure the right work happens, on time, with quality.
What You'll Own
Execution + Delivery
• Translate quarterly and monthly goals into weekly plans, milestones, and accountable owners
• Run the operating rhythm: weekly planning, standups, retros, and KPI reviews
• Track progress, remove blockers, and push deliverables across multiple work streams
