Project Coordinator

About the Role

We're looking for a driven, high-energy IT Project Coordinator to help us turn ideas into shipped products, fast.
If you enjoy working in a startup, juggling multiple moving parts, talking to engineers and clients, and actually pushing things across the finish line, this role is for you.

You'll sit at the center of execution — coordinating developers, product, business teams, and external partners (including China-based stakeholders). This is not a just track tasks role — you own progress and outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Own and coordinate end-to-end project delivery, from requirements to launch
• Work closely with developers, QA, infra, and product teams to plan and hit milestones
• Translate client and business needs into clear, actionable requirements
• Keep projects visible and organised using tools like Jira, Notion, ClickUp, etc.
