Project Coordinator (Electrical)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervision and Coordination of the relevant subcontractors
- Design Management & Coordination (structure, finishes and façade- Needs to have managed Electrical services) 
- Program Management
- Review shop drawings 
- Optimize material selection and construction methods for durability and sustainability
- Evaluation of trade specific variations, RFI's
- $25 mil upgrade on a Medical Facility based in Geelong 

Your Background:
- Our client is looking for someone with a trade or tertiary qualification (Electrical).
- Must have experience with 3+ yrs in a medium - large scale commercial builders in a Project Coordinator, Project Engineer or Services Coordinator role.
-Main Contractor experience is a must
- They need someone who communicates really well and can deal with difficult stakeholders....
