Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive
Project Coordinator (CSA)
to manage and streamline our Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) project workflows on-site. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will serve as a crucial bridge between the engineering team, sub-contractors, procurement, and the client. You will ensure that project documentation, material submissions, and site coordination run smoothly to meet tight project timelines. Key Responsibilities Project Documentation & Tracking:
Maintain, update, and track all project schedules, site diaries, and progress reports. Ensure all CSA engineering drawings and documents are organized and up to date.
Material Submissions & Procurement:
Coordinate with the procurement team and vendors to prepare and follow up on Material Submission requests (MAS) for client approval. Track material delivery schedules to ensure zero downtime on site.
