Project Coordinator (Construction/Drilling) (Langley)

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to work in our Langley facility. As a Project Coordinator, you will be involved in all phases during a project’s life span, including bid and estimating, analysis of project contract and specifications, risk evaluation, engineering design, construction management, site supervision, quality control and project turnover to the clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Managers in the drafting of project proposals and tenders.
• Coordinate and maintain comprehensive project documentation in a detail-oriented manner.
• Prepare site pre‑construction documentation, including quality control and safety documentation.
• Prepare and submit any required RFIs on material or project.
• Assist Project Managers in management of the sub‑trades.
