Job Description

 Are you a driven and ambitious Project Coordinator, Junior Estimator/Contract Administrator or Graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to progress your career?
 We are currently partnering with one of Melbourne’s leading commercial fit-out builders who have been operating now for over ten years. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. The opportunity is on an initial 6-month contract basis with a view to it transitioning in to a permanent full-time role.
  
   Responsibilities:  
 
 Coordinate and schedule projects to be cost effective.
 Liaise with Project and Site Managers to determine project needs and calculate costs.
 Attain relevant quotes from trades, subcontractors and estimators for works required.
 Scheduling of trades; ensuring smooth completion of each project.
 Review of design/architectural documentation for individual projects.
