Project Coordinator

1. Project Scheduling & Planning
Assist in the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules (using MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Coordinate with Project Manager, engineers, and site supervisors to align site activities with project milestones. Monitor daily site progress and flag any deviations from the plan. 2. Documentation & Submission
Prepare, compile, and submit required documentation such as: Method Statements Risk Assessments Work Permits Material Approval Submissions Maintain proper records for LTA, BCA, MOM, or relevant authority audits. Handle submission of shop drawings and as-built drawings. 3. Site Coordination
Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and clients to ensure smooth workflow. Attend site coordination and safety meetings. Coordinate delivery and installation works on-site. 4. Procurement & Material Management
