Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator coordinates, prepares, stores, and distributes all project deliverables in an organized manner, ensuring efficient and accurate completion of projects.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders within the subsidiary or worldwide teams to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
- Liaise with local, worldwide, internal and external stakeholders to gather information and prepare reports and/or briefs.
- Ensure that specifications documents are prepared consistently for each project or change request.
- Track ongoing project and change progress.
- Prepare project management reports and meeting minutes.
- Manage all project documentation (specifications and communications).
- Update project status and notes in the project management tool.
